When searching for a rental property, think carefully about;
How Do I Search For A Property?
Noble Wilson is one of the only agents on the Peninsula that insists on having photographs and descriptive text of every available property on both our website and our open for inspection list for your convenience. Check our site or pick up a copy of our available properties list from our office for details.
Property Inspections
Our property management department conducts open for inspections so as you are able to view our properties we have available. Our properties can only be viewed via these allocated times A copy of our weekly rental list of open for inspection times is available from approximately mid-week on our web site for your convenience, please visit us at www.noblewilson.com.au.
Once you have viewed a property that is available for lease and you have decided that you want to make an application, you can do 1 of 2 things:-
Payment of rent. Noble Wilson requires that all payments are made using our company supplied direct deposit/EFT card. All rents are payable calendar monthly in advance. It is a requirement under the Residential Tennancy Act that the first month's rent and the bond MUST BE PAID BY TWO (2) SEPARATE BANK CHEQUES.
The First Bank Cheque for a calendar month's rent needs to be made payable to the Residential Tenancies Bond and the second Bank Cheque needs to be made payable to Noble Wilson Real Estate Rental Trust Account. All rents are payable calendar monthly in advance, via direct deposit. It is also a requirement that a photocopy of proof of identification is supplied from every tenant residing at the premises.
The Screening Process
Once an Application has been received, our property managers process and check your application along . with the information supplied to us, Your Application, will then be referred to the owner/s of that property for his / her instructions. Within approximately 48 hours, you will be contacted by the property manager responsible for the property and advised of the outcome.
Upon Application Approval
Upon approval of your application you will be required to come into our office and sign all necessary documentation. This will include:

Should you experience any maintenance issues, please contact your property manager to discuss the matter.
Vacating The Property
Should you be vacating a property, it is a requirement that you fill out the "Tenant Vacating Notification" form either e-mail or fax it through to Noble Wilson on Fax 5976 8008 or e-mail to: rentals@noblewilson.com.au.
